Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer - Competitive salary DOE!

This role would ideally be office based (Amesbury, Salisbury, Andover or Fordingbridge) or hybrid but remote working will be considered for the right candidate.

With a caseload of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage cases ( it doesn't involve contentious leasehold work), you will need to have significant experience in this field and be committed to specialise in lease extension.

You will need ........

- a minimum of 3 years experience of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage work

- be a leasehold extension and enfranchisement specialist

- have demonstrable experience of supervision and training of junior staff

- have a desire to continue developing your specialist experience and training

- have the confidence and ability to react to change in a pressurised working environment

- have excellent standards of client care and great communication skills

- a history of strong billing

- be an enthusiastic team player

- great organisational skills
