Qualified Conveyancer wanted to join a London based conveyancing provider at a very exciting time!

Hybrid ,full time role - expected 2 days in office - HQ  SW3

Exciting opportunity to join a new conveyancing provider with big plans!Based in Chelsea this company is looking for an ambitious, determined conveyancer that is looking for a role where they can make an impact.....and these don't come along too often!

You will need to have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a qualified conveyancer, have a wide exposure to all types of residential conveyancing file (leasehold and freehold) from start to finish and experienced in an automated, paperless working world!

Ambitious and keen to professionally develop - this is a company that believes in promoting from within - this is a great opportunity to make your mark and grow as the company does.

You will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, have experience in volume conveyancing (nothing crazy but 70+ files will be the norm) and obviously understand and deliver exceptional customer service.

Basic salary is £45k+ DOE + realistic targets and incentives
