This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic conveyancing company, currently looking to expand organically due to significant client growth - Looking for a proactive Team Manager with a can-do attitude and happy to lead by example!

Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively communicate are a must!

You will need to have at least 5 years case handling experience with a good level of exposure to all types of conveyancing files, a proven track record in successfully managing a conveyancing team along with a passion for training, mentoring and coaching and tons of drive and energy!!

This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days a week in the central Cardiff office

Salary is dependent on experience but up to £50k+ + generous bonus.
